Startup sound not playing in Ubuntu 25.04

Ubuntu version: Ubuntu 25.04
Package version: I don't know
Expected behavior: Startup sound plays when logging in, if setting is such.
Observed behavior: Silence. Other sounds are working well. Including speaker
test, spotify.
When logging in, the startup sound is not playing, though the setting
for this is turned on.
