Although the conflicts/replaces do not exist in the current stable
releases, they are not affected by the bug.
Adding the conflicts/replaces relation in questing does not fix the
issue, given this is by design, as mentioned by Julian above.
I am still adding the conflicts/replaces relation in questing (which
will eventually be backported to stable releases) for correctness.
