I upgraded to latest Ubuntu with no issues a week ago. After a reboot
today, one monitor out of two is black, except for a cursor. I can run
xfce4-display and switch the monitors to make the other monitor black-
with-cursor instead. Some random things I tried from the internet:

Nvidia-settings shows no monitors. Not sure what that means.
Prime-select query reports nvidia (but setting to on-demand doesn't help)
