Public bug reported:

I cancelled vs code installation midway on my ubuntu terminal since it was
taking too long, then I ran the following commands:
sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update

sudo rm /var/lib/dpkg/lock*
sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/lock
sudo dpkg --configure -a

After all this, I was informed by chatGPT that I had to fix broken
packages in any case, but I haven't done that yet. So every time I try
to do something on my ubuntu system, "Report a problem" dialog keeps
popping up.

FYI, I have dual booted ubuntu alongisde windows 11.
