the munin autopkgtest started to fail�� for changes in the file package
since upstream version 5.46:

According to git bisect, the change was introduced in file's upstream
commit FILE5_45-146-g7ef1e38a�� and I think it does the right thing,
especially after looking into the media types registry��. If you
disagree, I can bring this to upstream but I'd need some good arguments
then. So in my opinion it was wiser to just adjust your test.
