Public bug reported: using lvm2 with a whole disk password,
certain drivers such as usb touchscreens and logitech HID receivers are loaded immediately after unlocking the disk. issue is on tablets: you cant unlock the disk and boot it unless its connected to a USB keyboard. touching the icon for the Onscreen Keyboard does nothing, and then noticed that plugging in a logitech USB HID receiver , to try and enter the boot password using a wireless keyboard, or clicking the keyboard icon, also does nothing. verified that most HID drivers load only immediately after the disk is unlocked: never ran into this before because i usually only undock the tablet and use it as a tablet after its already booted , decrypted, and logged in. this was the first time i ever cold booted it as a tablet. 3.559930] hid-generic 0003:214A:0008.0008: input,hidraw7: USB HID v1.11 Keyboard [Interlink Electronics, Inc.
