Normally we don't release SRUs which just include a DEP8 fix, like exchange-calendars, specially given that that fix is skipping the troublesome test. There is some movement in the upstream issue[1], is that something we could apply to this package instead of skipping the test? Otherwise, perhaps a bad-test hint for exchange-calendars would be better, specific to this version? Then if a new upload happens for whatever reason, the test would run again.
