Public bug reported:

Fedora on Fedora 42 adopts zlib-ng in the place of zlib. The idea is Ubuntu
also migrates to it.
I think we can have this available for Ubuntu 25.10 and then, if things work
out, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS.

** Affects: zlib (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Description changed:

- Fedora on Fedora 41 adopted zlib-ng in the place of zlib. The idea is Ubuntu
also migrates to it.
+ Fedora on Fedora 42 adopts zlib-ng in the place of zlib. The idea is Ubuntu
also migrates to it.
I think we can have this available for Ubuntu 25.10 and then, if things work
out, Ubuntu 26.04 LTS.
