was able to do it... -open any browser (firefox, chrome, edge, etc)... do a search and right click on an image and open in own tab) -click ctrl-s to save -the filename is highlighted, so begin typing to rename, but the save dialoge window is not in focus.
I can hit alt tab twice to get into another window and then back to the save dialogue and it will then work. This has been tested/replicated on 20.04, 22.04 and 24.04 on many devices over the years.
