Public bug reported:

network-manager 1.52 changed the way one of the tests works and this
causes a problem for Ubuntu. The test now compares with a static file.

https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/commit/40b139b

Ubuntu's i386 doesn't build the netplan support so the yaml file on i386
is missing one line compared to other architectures.

I didn't fully understand that situation so I added this patch:

https://git.launchpad.net/network-
manager/tree/debian/patches/netplan/keyfile-update-test-for-expected-
netplan-output.patch

We could skip that test on i386. Any other better ideas?
