Title:
Change value of ENCRYPT_METHOD option to YESCRYPT in /etc/login.defs

Status in shadow package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in shadow package in Debian:
  Unknown

Bug description:
I'm using Ubuntu Kinetic and I found out the option ENCRYPT_METHOD in
/etc/login.defs is still set to SHA512, even the recommended is to set to the
same value as PAM (which is YESCRYPT).
The idea it would change the value to YESCRYPT to keep the same value as PAM,
that already uses yescrypt.
