I completely missed that libnftnl was a separate source package. Based
on previous bugs I immediately jumped to look at the pinning, and then
found the recent autopkgtest bug. Sorry about that.
Removing affects: nftables to unblock its migration.

I think this is because of upstream's apt pinning for the "mkosi"
archive that gets copied into images, but further investigation is
needed.
