Accents makes other applications work incorrectly, like input freeze

Bug description:
As I have seen on git, IBus has this problem solved on a later
version, and it's a problem exclusive to the 1.5.29-rc2 version.
In my case I had problems while typing accents in Godot's text editor,
freezing all input from keyboard to that application, but I read that
people had errors too with other programs.
