I believe there is a bluetoothd flag to disable SAP, I am going to try adding
this flag to the ExecStart= line in bluetooth.service:
sudo nano /usr/lib/systemd/system/bluetooth.service
change line ExecStart=/usr/libexec/bluetooth/bluetoothd
to ExecStart=/usr/libexec/bluetooth/bluetoothd --noplugin=sap
