I also tried to purge pulse audio and alsa, reinstall it from scratch
and no luck. I forgot to add on ubuntu 24.04 LTS it worked flawlessly

Title:
Audio over HDMI and internal speakers does not work only bluetooth
  audio works

Status in pulseaudio package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The audio struggles to work, sometimes changing source from HDMI to
laptop speakers work sometimes it does not. Real problems occur when
for example I use Teams app, the audio does not work mostly. Bluetooth
devices work without any problems so as a workaround I used my
  headphones.

I tried restarting alsa service multiple times, sometimes I get lucky
and it works, but changing source breaks everything again.
