It looks like you are using the snap version of konsole - which seems to have strict confinement in place so its not surprising you are seeing such issues.
I see there is a version with classic confinement in the candidate channel - can you please try the following and see if it fixes the issue: sudo snap refresh konsole --candidate --classic (Note you will have to do this from a different terminal application than konsole since it will be blocked from running that itself).
