Thank you for your follow up on that matter.

So far, we are still experiencing this issue, because until we upgrade
to 24.04 there is some time we have to use 22.04 for sure.

Bug description:
  systemd-networkd brings down member interfaces of a bond when they get
  reconfigured

  This has a result that a server has complete downtime for a few
  seconds, this has also been reported upstream
