I was forced to open a tty session and reboot. Expected Results: The command runs but the screen does not turn black until I initiate a shutdown/reboot Actual Results: The screen turns black and the startup tasks and status appear over a black background, as it would when I push the up key when ubuntu starts up. This issue occurred at around 3:47 PM, EDT, on November 29, 2019.
