The error dialog that you see now is the correct behavior. Firefox is a snap provided by Mozilla. Apport gives you a link for reporting the bug to Mozilla.
If you were able to reproduce the initial failure, I would have instructed you to modify Apport to print the full stack trace in the error message. But since you cannot reproduce the failure and there is not enough information in the bug report, I do not know how to further progress here.
