** Description changed:

- I'm filing this bug against chromium-browser, but it might be better
- against whoopsie?
+ Upon more digging i agree with Nathan, this is a whoopsie problem.

I'm getting two popups (which steal my focus!) every three minutes with
  the text:

- ```
  Problem in chrome
Sorry, the program "chrome" closed unexpectedly

- Your computer does not have enough free memory to automatically analyze the
problem and send a report to the developers.
- ```
+ Your computer does not have enough free memory to automatically analyze
+ the problem and send a report to the developers.

- This happens with google-chrome-stable and chromium-browser (which I
- just installed via apt).
+ When the issue started I had a google-chrome-stable tab crash on me. This
created a file
+ -rw-r----- 1 apatterson apatterson 22576942 Aug 27 07:28
/var/crash/_opt_google_chrome_chrome.1000.crash

- The popup happens with a single blank tab open.
+ whoopsie didn't seem to do anything except popup this message two times
+ every 3 minutes.

- Chrome/Chromium doesn't seem to be affected by the crash. Everything
- seems to continue working fine.
+ I moved the crash file and popups are gone.

- This issue started this morning, I'm attaching my dpkg.log from last
- night (google-chrome-stable)
+ I'm not sure how to attach information about whoopsie without filing a
+ new bug report with ubuntu-bug.
