STEPS: 1) With unlocked SIM inserted, enable a PIN lock. Settings -> Security & Privacy -> SIM PIN 2) Reboot phone 3) Swipe down network indicator RESULT: 1) SIM PIN is set successfully 2) Phone reboots, but there is no SIM PIN prompt displayed during boot. SIM remains locked. 3) There is no "Unlock" option displayed on the network-indicator. "Unkown" is displayed for SIM. EXPECTED RESULT: SIM unlock dialog should be displayed during boot. Also SIM unlock option should exist on network indicator.
