This bug was fixed in the package libdmapsharing - 3.9.13-2ubuntu1

---------------
libdmapsharing (3.9.13-2ubuntu1) oracular; urgency=medium

  * Completely disable the test suite (Closes: #1075165, #1055324, LP: #2074212)
The test suite results were disregarded anyway, we were shipping the
binaries build *for the tests* (which included profiling data, etc.),
and the test suite started failing to build with GCC-14. A better long
term fix would probably be to regenerate it from the Vala code, and fix
that code, but that is beyond our expertise.

Title:
libdmapsharing doesn't have frame pointers enabled

Status in libdmapsharing package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Despite the distribution having enabled frame pointers globally, the
binaries shipped by libdmapsharing don't have frame pointers.

It is likely due to the build system being pretty screwed up: it
builds the library once using the CFLAGS, then rebuilds it with custom
flags for the test suite, and we ship the latter version.
