This package is a native package in the (old) 1.0 source format.

I'm marking this "Invalid" because it doesn't appear to be a bug, but if
I'm wrong, please change it back to "New" and add some more info to

  Dnsmasq in jammy-updates and  lacks .orig.tar.gz

Status in dnsmasq package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Source code package of dnsmasq in jammy-updates (version 2.86-1.1ubuntu0.4) 
and proposed lacks dnsmasq_2.89.orig.tar.gz.
  This causes debuild to show warning and asks for confirmation to build 
packages.
