Title: Ubuntu 23.10 Latvian keyboard layout (apostrophe) broken Status in libxkbcommon package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: When using keyboard layout Latvian (apostrophe), when writing accented characters like "š", second character is outputed accented, too.
