Ubuntu better. The relevant dpkg terminal log says:

/boot/config-5.19.0-35-generic is not present any more. Probably the
kernel version 5.19.0-35-generic is not fully installed any more. I
recommend to remove this kernel completely:
sudo apt remove linux-image-5.19.0-35-generic linux-
modules-5.19.0-35-generic linux-modules-extra-5.19.0-35-generic
