Title:
sound stopped after upgraded to lunar lobster

Status in alsa-driver package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
when alsamixer is started in terminal, the "default" driver seems to
be "Pipewire" whereas F6 allows to see the HAD Intel PCH.

However there is no maneuver that will switch to the correct driver as
a consequence, pavucontrol shows "no output device"... while in
configurations the only device is the "dummy" one.

All recent posts in the fora about this similar problem have been
  tried but with no avail.
