I'm afraid we're going to need more information before we can act on it,
though. It's not entirely clear to me what happened here. Do you still
have access to the logs from when you've experienced the issue?
Something that caught my attention is the fact that several dpkg
operations seem to be failing on your system (based on
DpkgHistoryLog.txt). It seems that slapd did not successfully restart
after the upgrade, but it's not possible to determine what caused this
problem. Can you reproduce the bug? If yes, could you please provide
steps explaining how to do it?
