Public bug reported: The KEA Migration Assistant (aka keama) is an experimental tool which helps to translate ISC DHCP configurations to Kea [1].
It is maintained within the isc-dhcp sources [2], therefore, it is reasonable to ship it as another binary within the isc-dhcp package. The build process should be straightforward and all the package needs to ship is a binary file and a manpage.
