`fdisk -l`'s output should have colors other than white and black.
Otherwise, `fdisk --help` should not say that colors are enabled by default.
https://unix.stackexchange.com/a/385973/524752 says that /etc/terminal-
colors.d/fdisk.scheme should exist, but it is missing from `dpkg-query
-L fdisk | grep /etc/terminal-colors.d/fdisk.scheme`.
# Actual behavior
`fdisk -l` shows a list of partitions without color.
$ fdisk --help | grep color
-L, --color[=<when>] colorize output (auto, always or never)
colors are ___enabled___ by default
