Public bug reported: The Lenovo Yoga 7 Gen 7 (14ARB7) has 4 speakers - 2 trebles and 2 basses.
The treble speakers work, but the bass ones don't. I think this is very similar to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1926165, but that patch does not solve the problem, I suppose because the chipset is not the same (ALC245 on this machine vs ALC295 on that. This report has been sent from a system with Pipewire (and kernel 6.0), but this can be ignored, as the problem reproduces the same way on a system without Pipewire (kernel 6.0 is needed because of keyboard issues).
