[Testcase]
1. Launch Kubuntu (e.g. kubuntu-20.04.4-desktop-amd64.iso)
2. Open a terminal and run: ubuntu-bug -f
3. "What kind of problem[...]" -> select first entry
4. "What display problem[...]" -> select last entry
5. You will get question window just asking "text"

Some window asks with empty text.
1. in terminal run ubuntu-bug -f
2. Select other problem
3. Select i dont know
4. comes up windows asking "text" and options Yes / No
