[Impact] * The deb to snap transitional 'lxd' package was removed post feature-freeze in Jammy * this leads to systemd's 'tests-in-lxd' autopkgtest being skipped: * "tests-in-lxd SKIP installation fails and skip-not-installable set" * It reduces systemd's test coverage, which is bad.
