Please sudo chmod 644
/var/lib/apt/lists/de.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_focal-
backports_InRelease to fix this.
If you can reproduce this reliably, please let me know. Otherwise,
there's nothing we can do to fix the underlying bug, as we can't analyse
it further, so I'm going to be closing the bug. We get about 3-4 such
reports per year I think.

I got this message on boot-up and it says i should include the following into
this report:
E:can not open
/var/lib/apt/lists/de.archive.ubuntu.com_ubuntu_dists_focal-backports_InRelease
- fopen (13: Keine Berechtigung), E:Die Paketliste oder die Statusdatei konnte
nicht eingelesen oder geöffnet werden.
"Keine Berechtigung" = Access denied
"Die Paketliste oder die Statusdatei konnte nicht eingelesen oder geöffnet
werden." = The packagelist or statusfile could not be read or opened.
I am using this ubuntu version: Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS
I did not want to perform a distribution upgrade
As to 3) and 4)
i did not expect anything, as i just started the computer and got the error
described above.
