Thanks for the bug report.

You seem to be using an unsupported kernel AND have unsupported Mesa
packages installed from a PPA. So it's unsurprising that rotation and
hardware acceleration might not work.

If you don't know how to fix this yourself then please just reinstall
Ubuntu, and avoid installing PPAs or custom kernels in future.

Title:
  Auto-rotation does not work anymore

  With my Radeon Vega graphics card auto-rotation of the screen used to
  work in 21.04 but does not work anymore in 21.10. Also Cinnamon (which
  I have uninstall now) shows an error, saying that hardware
  acceleration does not work.
