Public bug reported: When trying to report an audio issue using "ubuntu-bug", pulse audio crashed.
The original audio bug I was trying to report and was not able to was: All audio skips the first 2 seconds AFTER the video starts or continues. This happens in YOUTUBE, VLC etc, in all videos that have audio, the audio skips the first two seconds. If I rewind the video to the beginning, the audio starts correctly as expected.
