This is done by the NL80211_CMD_SET_POWER_SAVE command. Note; ideally powersave should not be enabled while doing an association, since it can interfere (cause delays) in things like DHCP requests/responses, etc. Best might be to enable it once the device is fully activated, and remove it once we're in a disconnected state.
