Public bug reported: When a sound is playing from my headphones if i dissconnect the headphones pulling the cable while the sound is playing and then change to HDMI Output from settings the sound for the HDMI output will be lost partially. Meaning that it will not play a sound from other software. It will also lose all alert sounds from Settings->Sound and only the Default will play and ill be able to hear. If i connect again the headphones and choose them and then change again to HDMI then all the sounds will be back. Restarting did not fixed the bug in some cases.
