Title:
window titlebar flickering when tilebar button placement is set to
  left

Status in gnome-tweaks package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
window titlebar flickering when tilebar button placement is set to
left using tweaks. For example when I launch Tweaks (small default
dialog), I think it is unable to fit in those titlebar buttons on the
left. However, when I maximize the window, it is fine. It doesn't
  flicker.
