Ubuntu will not let me run my monitor at 1080p 60Hz, only 24hz, yet
other OS like Kali and Windows are capable of running 1080p60 with no
problems. I cannot find 60hz in xrandr or display settings, and
monitors.xml editing returns nothing. I have tried updating my BIOS, my
TV settings, my graphics drivers and everything else.. no luck.
