However, if I disconnect/reconnect the headphone, the sound level is not restored, the headphone is not set as default output on applet devices list, and the sound control keys on my keyboard (I'm on a laptop) actually change the main volume output (laptop speakers) instead of set the phone volume, despite of the sound being played on my phone upon connecting it. The biggest problem is that the volume will be set to 100% on my phone and almost bleed my ears =/. I have to open the sound settings, select the headphone as output, and set a lower volume level. I think the system should restore the last settings to each output device.
