Set "aa-complain /usr/bin/quasselcore" allows quasselcore to start. I then added "/usr/bin/quasselcore rm," to "/etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.quasselcore". Set "aa-enforce /usr/bin/quasselcore". Restarted main host. Quasselcore service now starts and I can connect to it.
