I can confirm this bug on a fresh install of ubuntu 20.04. My steps to reproduce the bug: Connected an external drive formatted as exFAT. Pick a file and note down its modified date. Copy the file to another disk. Unmount and remount the exFAT drive. Check the modified date of the file, it's incremented by 30 days.
