"Dummy Output" as Audio Device in Ubuntu settings - Ubuntu 20.04.

Bug description:
Hi All
As soon as i boot to OS, my sound device is shown as "Dummy
Output".
i wait for 10 to 15 minutes and run below commands and then, it kills
few processes and sound starts working. I have to do this step every
time system is rebooted.
# pulseaudio --kill; sleep 2s; sudo alsa force-reload ; pulseaudio
--start
