I reported bug 1387656 on "Connect to hidden network" having both an ellipsis and a chevron in System Settings. It should use only an ellipsis, since it opens a dialog rather than navigating a page stack. Olga will correct the setup design so it uses only an ellipsis here too. Ideally, the setup and System Settings should use exactly the same code for the "Available networks:" list so that there's never any divergence.
