ubuntu-bug 1501 never finishes bugreport about hanging network-
manager, what I wanted to report initally

Bug description:
ubuntu-bug results in a screen full of waiting dots. There should be a
timeout or a crtl+c + send what's been collected so far.
Maybe the report than just includes the dmesg and the package versions but I
could still add my summary if it could just finish.
