Bug description:
  mtp-server crashes while deleting files; this can be seen as the
  delete operation starting, but never completing, until the operation
  times out and a generic error is displayed by nautilus.

  MTP logs show that MTP crashed at map::at; with an out_of_bounds error
  while in inotify_handler().
