Hello Matthias, or anyone else affected, Accepted gpgme1.0 into bionic-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gpgme1.0/1.10.0-1ubuntu2.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
