Yes it works but no bass. It is fun part if i use mp3 sound in movie player and go to edit preferences and audio output type choose 5.1 and it start play bass if i close player to use next mp3 sound it not play bass anymore and needed to choose 4.1 in audio options then it play again in play bass too for listening one mp3 sound It happen any any release of ubuntu. Subwoofers revels not change for next sound i miss bass subwoofer any app in needed anytime change output I have p5q deluxe motherboard with integrated sound it use AD2000B chip for sound. Problem is subwoofer level for listening sound and i needed to change play levels to play levels and input 5.1 to 4.1 anytime somtime i hear cracking sound.
