Title: gnupg package 'gpgv-udeb' conflicts with gnupg2 (xenial) Status in gnupg package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Status in gnupg source package in Xenial: In Progress Bug description: [impact] both the 'gnupg' and 'gnupg2' sources build 'gpgv-udeb' for xenial. therefore, gnupg FTUFS since its version is < gnupg2 version.
