Title:
openssh-server will not start at boot if ListenAddress is set to an
  address delivered by radvd

Status in openssh package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The /etc/systemd/system/sshd.service file does not request radvd (if
  installed).

In /etc/ssh/sshd_config, if one sets ListenAddress to the interface
address set by radvd, openssh-server crashes at boot time because
there is no address affected to the interface.

A subsequent "sudo systemctl start sshd.service" works fine.
